These terms apply to quotations and orders between Shenzhen Haitai Innovation Technology Co., Ltd.
and a business buyer. If a written quotation or order confirmation states something different, that
document wins.
Quotations
Prices are indicative until confirmed in writing. A quotation is valid for 7 days unless it says
otherwise, because component prices move. Stock figures shown on this site are our best knowledge
at the time of the page build and are confirmed when you order.
Payment
We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal and Western Union. Which method suits an order depends on
its size and on what we have agreed with you — we confirm the options along with the
quotation. No hidden fees are added afterwards.
Shipping and risk
Orders ship from Shenzhen. Risk passes to the buyer when the goods are handed to the carrier. We
pack to survive normal handling and we declare the shipment accurately — we do not
under-declare value.
Inspection and returns — 30 days
Check the goods when they arrive. If a shipment is wrong, damaged or does not match the part
number and quantity you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it
right: replacement, credit or refund, at our choice.
To be accepted, a return needs: (a) our written authorisation first — please do not ship
anything back unannounced; (b) photographs or a test report showing the problem; (c) the goods in
the packaging they arrived in.
What is not covered
- Parts ordered correctly and used, soldered, programmed or altered.
- Parts that were specified by you and are correct to that specification. If you ordered a
particular part number, we supplied that part number; whether it suits your design is a
design decision, and we will not refund on that basis. - Damage after delivery.
- Returns sent without authorisation.
No warranty on components
Electronic components are supplied to the manufacturer’s specification. We give no functional
warranty and no fitness-for-purpose warranty. Our commitment is narrower and concrete: the part
number, quantity, package and markings are what we said they were, and each lot is checked for that
before it ships. Where a lot is refurbished or pulled from a board, the quotation says so before you
buy — we do not sell those as new.
Where the stock comes from, and how we check it
We buy through a small set of suppliers we have worked with for years, plus the Shenzhen spot
market for lines that nobody holds. That is a deliberate trade-off: the spot market is where
hard-to-find and obsolete parts actually are, and it is also where counterfeit parts circulate. So
every lot goes through the same checks before it is listed or shipped:
- Traceability. We record which supplier each lot came from, and when.
- Markings and package. Part number, manufacturer logo, date code, pin-1 orientation and
package dimensions are checked against the datasheet or the manufacturer’s marking guide. - Packaging. Quantity is counted, and we check that the reel, tube or tray is the
manufacturer’s own — not re-reeled by a third party. - Condition. A lot that is refurbished, pulled from a board or re-marked is described as
such on the quotation. We do not sell those as new. - A lot that fails a check does not ship. We would rather lose the order.
We do not claim to X-ray or electrically test every part — at these quantities that would
be a promise we could not keep. What we do claim is that the description on the quotation is
accurate: you know what you are buying and where it came from.
